 Q: Is it 100% genuine leather?

→The contact surfaces of this chair are made of high-quality 100% top-grain leather, while the non-contact surfaces are made of environmentally friendly PU leather.

Q: Will there be any odor?

→There may be a mixed smell of natural leather and PU leather when you receive it, but this will gradually fade and disappear over time after proper ventilation following assembly.

Q: How do I assemble it? How long does it take?

→This chair will arrive in two packages. An instruction manual is included, and you can also watch our assembly video on our YouTube Channel.

Q: Can a person who is 1.9 meters tall sit in it? Is it too small?

→A person who is 1.9 meters tall can sit in it. However, some of the lower legs and feet cannot rest on the footrest when lying down. If you can accept this, it's comfortable to sit in.

Q: Can the chair swivel?

→No, this chair has a fixed base and cannot swivel. If you want the same model with a swivel function, you can click to view the AIRSKY R1 Pro.

Q: Where is the angle adjustment handle?

→The pull ring for adjusting the backrest angle is on the inside of the right armrest. A gentle pull adjusts the backrest and footrest.

Q: How do I retract the footrest?

→Gently press your lower leg inwards until you hear a "click" sound, indicating it's retracted.

Q: What if I receive a chair with missing accessories?

I am so thrilled and impressed with the R1 recliner that I received a week ago ! Not only was it quick shipping (5 days) it was super easy to assemble! I am 67 and assembled it myself, I did need my Son to bring the base of the chair in but did the rest myself. The pull is VERY taught (for the recline position)when you first get it but loosens up over time. It’s only been a week and I can release the recliner when I needed help the first few times . This chair is definitely real leather and comfortable, not for a large person, but they have others they can use I’m sure ! 5 Stars for Airsky as of right now !!

The recliner arrived quickly in two big boxes. I’m a 72 year old woman. I was able to unpack the pieces and slide the slots for the back and arms easily. The leather is nice and the compact size is perfect. Only one complaint, the pull mechanism to bring out the footrest is very hard to pull and the need to kick the footrest back into place could become a problem for an older person. For the price, it is very attractive.

Arms loose, reclining lever very hard, at times impossible to open. Re the delivery FedEx left the two boxes ON THE DRIVEWAY BY THE GARAGE DOOR RATHER THAN AT FRONT DOOR (single family home, no steps for the porch). Neighbor rang our doorbell to tell us the two boxes had been on drive for some time. Never again will we do business with this company!

This is a beautiful, comfortable recliner. It's easy to assemble, looks high-end and has great back support. A great value for top grain leather. The only down-side is it's hard for me to lock the footrest - other than that the mechanism reclines easily. I could definitely fall asleep when it's fully reclined. Did have a question and the seller replied within a day.
