At Airsky, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if it is unused or you don't like it and in its original packaging. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of our company.(pay the shipping fee first, and we will refund it to you) . The mailing address will be provided via email after submitting the application.

Refund Policy

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. (thewestoryoffice@zuoyou-sofa.com) We will provide you with the appropriate return address via email.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund:

    • First, check your bank account again.

    • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    • If you still haven’t received the refund after 15 days, please contact us directly.

Exchange Policy

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process.

  • Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange within 3 business days and ship out the replacement item.

  • You will not be charged any additional fees for the exchange or reshipping.
