4. Order processing time, delivery time, and cost

4.1 Free Shipping in the U.S. & UK

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States and United Kindom. 

Orders processed within 3 business days, shipping time 3-4 business days

4.2 EU Shipping

The shipping cost is automatically calculated by the shipping agent (DPD) based on your shipping address and the weight of the item.
When you add goods to the shopping bag/checkout, our website will caculate the shiping cost for your reference on the shopping bag page/checkout page.

5. Tax

All orders are inclued tax. Customers don't need to pay extra tax. 

6. Order delays

There may be occasional delays due to high order volume, supply chain disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.

6.1 Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be extended.

6.2 Shipping Delays:
Shipping carriers may experience unexpected delays beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 3–5 business days before contacting our support team.

Notification of Delay:
If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email as soon as possible with an updated timeline.

7. Order tracking

7.1 Tracking Information:
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

7.2 How to Track Your Order:

You can track your order through the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Alternatively, visit your Order Page and enter Order Track to view the latest status.

7.3 Multiple Packages:
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately. In that case, we will send you the total tracking numbers via email

7.4 Lost Packages:
If your tracking information hasn’t updated for more than 7 days, please contact our customer support team at thewestoryoffice@zuoyou-sofa.com. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

1. Please be sure to verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.

2. Please note that we can only ship to a physical street address, and cannot ship products to post office boxes.
