Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier, but you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Larger furniture items may require a scheduled delivery, and the carrier will contact you to arrange a time.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can click the link or enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website. Or send your order number to our customer team, we will track the order and send status to you.
What is your return policy?
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original or equivalent packaging. Return shipping costs and a restocking fee are free.

Can l change my shipping address after l place the order?
As long as your order hasn’t shipped, we can make any changes to the order that you need! If your order has already shipped, please contact airskyoffice@gmail.com for potential support.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 to 24 hours of purchase (before processing begins). After the order has been processed or shipped, you can also cancel or modify the order free of charge. Please contact customer service airskyoffice@gmail.com
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, for credit cards, we are in the process of applying, and customers will be able to pay with credit cards within a week after the application is completed.
Will I be charged sales tax?
All orders are inclued tax. Customers don't need to pay extra tax.
If l see a product which has no stock and l do want to buy it immediately, can l place anorder directly?
Normally, we suggest you contact us via online chatting in our website to check the inventoryinformation cause the system is debugging, but all the products that have been released online arebasically in stock. lf you really want to buy, you can place an order directly, we will answer yourquestion immediately.
General Questions
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defects, contact our customer service team within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement for free or refund.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Some recliners may ship separately in 2 packages. If part of your order arrives first, the remaining items will usually follow shortly. You can track each shipment using the tracking numbers provided.
Do you offer warranties on furniture?
Yes. Most of our furniture comes with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. All items have 1 year warranty.
