1. Q: What is the maximum weight capacity of this chair?
A: The maximum weight capacity of this chair is 350 lbs.
2. Q: Is it 100% genuine leather?
A: The contact surfaces of this chair are made of high-quality 100% top-grain leather, while the non-contact surfaces are made of environmentally friendly PU leather.
3. Q: Will there be any odor?
A: There may be a mixed smell of natural leather and PU leather when you receive it, but this will gradually fade and disappear over time after proper ventilation following assembly.
4. Q: How do I assemble it? How long does it take?
A: This chair will arrive in two packages. An instruction manual is included, and you can also watch our assembly video on YouTube. Assembly takes approximately 20-30 minutes.
5. Q: What is the adjustable backrest angle?
A: The backrest angle of this chair is adjustable from 110° to 135°.
6. Q: Can a person who is 1.9 meters tall sit in it? Is it too small?
A: A person who is 1.9 meters tall can sit in it. However, some of the lower legs and feet cannot rest on the footrest when lying down. If you can accept this, it's comfortable to sit in.
7. Q: Can you deliver to my door?
A: Yes, just call the delivery person before delivery and they will deliver it to your door.
8. Q: Can the chair swivel?
A: No, this chair has a fixed base and cannot swivel. If you want the same model with a swivel function, you can click to view the R1 pro.
9. Q: Where is the angle adjustment handle?
A: The pull ring for adjusting the backrest angle is on the inside of the right armrest. A gentle pull adjusts the backrest and footrest.
10. Q: How do I retract the footrest?
A: Gently press your lower leg inwards until you hear a "click" sound, indicating it's retracted.
11. Q: What if I receive a chair with missing accessories?
A: If parts are missing, please contact the Airsky team and attach a product photo. Airsky will send you a new recliner free of charge. Contact information is below: service@airskyoffice.com
