1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Eligibility depends on the reason for your return:

Important Note on Packaging:
If the outer shipping box is damaged during transit but the product itself is undamaged and fully functional, this does not qualify as a "quality issue" for return purposes. We recommend inspecting the product thoroughly before assembly. If the product is intact, we kindly ask you to keep it. If you have concerns about the packaging condition, please contact us and we will provide appropriate assistance.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" , "Clearance" , or "Open Box" are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product itself arrives damaged or defective.

  • Gift cards are non-returnable.


2. WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR LATE?

(A) Shipping Damage

  1. Please inspect your item within 48 hours of delivery. If you find that the product itself is damaged, contact us immediately at service@airskyoffice.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos/Videos of the outer shipping box (showing damage)

    • Close-up photos of the damaged part(s) on the product (at least 2)

    • An overall photo of the product

  2. If the outer box is damaged but the product itself is intact and functional, this is not considered a quality issue. Returns based solely on outer box damage will not be accepted. We recommend assembling and using the product. Contact us if you have further questions.

  3. If the product is confirmed to have been damaged during shipping, we will offer you the following options (choose one):

    • Full refund (including tax)

    • Free replacement (subject to product availability)

  4. Damage reported more than 48 hours after delivery will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may not qualify for the above terms.

(B) Shipping Delay

  1. We typically ship orders within 3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days after dispatch (US/UK warehouses). Orders from our Germany warehouse may have slightly different delivery times.

  2. Please be patient during the normal delivery window. We do not accept refund or compensation requests solely based on waiting time within the stated delivery estimate.

  3. If your order has not arrived more than 7 days past the estimated delivery date, please contact us at service@airskyoffice.com. We will:

    • Verify the tracking status

    • If delay is confirmed, provide a $5 coupon as compensation

    • If there is no tracking update for more than 7 days, the package will be treated as lost, and we will offer a full refund or free replacement

  4. Delays caused by force majeure (holidays, peak sales events, customs clearance, etc.) will be announced on our website in advance. Such delays are not subject to the compensation terms above.


3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at service@airskyoffice.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will reply within 1-3 business days with:

  • Return authorization confirmation

  • Return shipping instructions and the appropriate return address

  • A prepaid return label (for quality issues only)

Important: Do not ship your return back to us before receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


4. RETURN CONDITION & INSPECTION

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, our team will inspect it within 3 business days. We will notify you via email of the inspection result and the refund amount.

What we check:

  • Whether the item is unused and in original condition

  • Whether all accessories and original packaging are included

  • Whether the item has been damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Whether the item shows signs of assembly or installation attempt

Important: If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, missing parts, or insufficient packaging that results in transit damage, AIRSKY reserves the right to:

  • Reject the return and ship the item back to you (at your expense), or

  • Deduct a restocking fee (up to 20% of the purchase price) to cover the loss in value.


5. REFUND AMOUNT & TIMELINE

Your refund amount depends on the reason for return and the condition of the returned item

6. QUALITY ISSUE RESOLUTION OPTIONS

If your product is confirmed to have a quality issue (defective, damaged upon arrival, or wrong item), we will offer you the following options:

Replacement Shipment We will send you a replacement product at no additional cost. This option is subject to product availability.

The final resolution will be determined based on product availability, the severity of the issue, and your preference. We will discuss the best solution with you during the return process.


7. WHAT IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR REFUND?

If you haven't received your refund after the timeframes above:

  1. Check your bank/credit card account again — sometimes refunds post without email notification.

  2. Contact your credit card company — they may have a pending hold on the refund.

  3. If it has been more than 15 business days since we confirmed the refund, please email us at service@airskyoffice.com with your order number. We will:

    • Investigate with our payment processor

    • Provide you with a transaction receipt and resolution within 2 business days


8. EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color or model:

  1. Follow the same return process to return your original item.

  2. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange within 3 business days and ship out the replacement item.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges initiated due to change of mind.

Price Difference on Exchanges:

New item is more expensive You will need to pay the price difference before we ship the replacement.
New item is less expensive The price difference will be refunded to your original payment method after the exchange is processed.

Note: Exchange requests are subject to product availability.


9. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We typically begin processing orders within 1 hour of placement. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

After shipment (carrier has picked up) Treated as a return. You are responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Changes are not possible. Please receive the item and initiate an exchange if needed.

Important: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be cancelled or changed after the order is placed.


10. IMPORTANT NOTES ON COLOR, SIZE & ASSEMBLY

To help manage expectations and reduce misunderstandings:

Assembly Required This product requires assembly. Returns due to assembly difficulty or dissatisfaction with assembly time will be treated as "Change of Mind" returns. Please watch our assembly video or refer to the instruction manual before requesting a return.

7. Order tracking

7.1 Tracking Information:
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

7.3 Multiple Packages:
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately. In that case, we will send you the total tracking numbers via email.

7.4 Lost Packages:
